I'm new to community and LJ (literally, I just joined today) so I'm really excited to meet other Lolitas in my area I'm 16 years old I live in Orlando I'm mostly African American ^-^ (well only 50%, but for the sake of argument, my sanity, and a long list of my ethnicity, lets leave it at that.
